Date:February 28, 2025

In the world of cleaning tools, brooms are indispensable for daily use. A complete broom consists of a handle and a brush head, with the broom handle serving as the core component. Its material directly impacts user experience and cleaning efficiency. This article provides an in-depth look at our product range, manufacturing processes, and value-added services.

1. Broom Handle Types: Tailored for Diverse Scenarios

We offer handles in various materials to suit household, industrial, and commercial cleaning needs:

1). Metal Handles

Stainless Steel: Rustproof, corrosion-resistant, and heavy-duty, ideal for industrial brooms.

Aluminum Alloy: Lightweight yet durable, perfect for high-frequency commercial use.

2). Wooden Handle

Natural Wooden/PVC-Coated Handles: Lightweight, wear-resistant, and cost-effective, widely used for household cleaning tools.

Custom Dimensions: Supports customized dimensions to meet requirements for load capacity, grip comfort, and specific applications.

2. Precision Manufacturing: 13-Step Quality Assurance

From raw materials to finished products, we ensure consistency and performance through   13 meticulous processes:

1). Rod Rounding: Raw materials of varying diameters are processed into uniform rods via rounding machines. Defective rods are filtered out.

2). Sun-Drying: Rods are sun-dried for 10-15 days to reduce moisture content below 18%, then stored for 2 days to stabilize.

3). Steam Treatment  : Semi-finished rods are steamed in cylindrical chambers at temperatures exceeding 200°C for 15-20 minutes. This eliminates pests and prevents mold.

4). Straightening: Steam-treated rods are mechanically straightened to minimize warping and cracking.  5). Curing: Straightened rods are tightly bound and stored for 2 days to lock in shape and remove residual moisture.

6). Sanding: After curing, rods undergo dual sanding for a smooth, splinter-free surface. Subpar rods are reserved for PVC coating.

7). Cutting: Sanded rods are cut to customer-specified lengths.

8). Threading/Tapering: Custom threads (e.g., Italian, American standards) or tapered ends are machined per order.

9). End Rounding: Opposite ends are rounded into standard or "egg-shaped" tips.

10). PVC Coating: Lower-grade wood rods are coated with PVC for enhanced durability.

11). PVC Shrinking: Coated rods undergo heat treatment to tightly bond PVC layers. Temperature control is critical to avoid defects.

12). Attaching Ear Hooks: Hooks are symmetrically nailed to ensure stability and alignment.

13). Packaging: Finished handles are packed and stored for delivery.
